Fulli Toll Tag and bank details

Hi, can I ask anyone with one of these Fulli tags, what bank account did you use? We are having trouble setting one up. It would not accept Monzo, so I managed to set up using HSBC but we have now had an email to say the payment was rejected "Sur ordre du client" Its driving me mad and you cant email their helpline because we do not have a french postcode!
 
STD Revolut account, I just used the IBAN number from the Revolit App during sign-up with Fulli. All the paperwork and account set up, just waiting for the box of tricks itself which is due this week.

Same, set up first with lloyds but changed to Revolut,

Why can you not email them, i did from uk without issue

Same thing happened to me today after they have already sent the tag and it's on its way, if you have your customer number, log in through the website not the app and pay the 1 euro by credit card, I don't remember them asking for the BIC number when I applied just the IBAN which might be why the payment failed.

How strange maybe its a glitch in their systems, albeit ours was yesterday! We paid it that way today too but I am just worried same thing will happen again when we need to pay our first invoice so I thought I better change banks. Ours is on route so fingers crossed it arrives ok!

My husband said when he tried that it would not go past the postcode section of the contact us form. I will take a look and see if I can just email them a different way. I think we will open a Revolut card though as this seems to be what most people are using and its pretty similar to our Monzo so can just replace that.

Starling Bank was fine, just used the IBAN number. It took a Euro when it was setup but it got returned a couple of weeks later.

Subscribers  do not see these advertisements

My tag arrived today, and then message through the app saying my normal Starling bank details were not working despite them being correct, so I have opened a Starling euro account and supplied them with the IBAN and BIC off that account and will wait to see if that works.

Ours has just arrived today! I think I am going to open a Euro account too. I know its to do with what banking system they use and which ones are compatible, I used to work in a bank years ago so I get it, its just working out which ones, especially the new 'banks' are and reading through all their blurb on foreign transactions to see what ones will take standing order/direct debit style payments as most are more geared up for you to be spending on a card or sending bacs payment. I waste so much time on these things lol! Like I can tell you HSBC Euro account should work but the multi currency one wont! I cannot imagine we will even spend much on tolls as we intend to take the 'slow' scenic routes, but have to be prepared!

According to Starling they have SEPA compatibility so cannot see any reason why it does not work, ATMB have never had a problem with taking money.
And I cannot see any attempt to set up a direct debit by Fulli.

Got notification this morning my Starling Euro account has accepted the direct debit instruction so all ready to go.
