Anyone had problems with the above toll company went to France and Italy in September set up badge checked my IBAN was correct everything worked perfectly did not take any charges from my account Sep/Oct then got statement saying €108 euros for tolls plus extra €220 for addition guarantees whatever that means only address I wrote to is the return address for badge will not let my pay the amount I owe or let me in the customer services without paying full amount first nightmare very wary of using the toll badge again

I had a problem when I missed a €6 euro invoice which was rejected by the bank due to the euro account that I had set up not having enough in, the invoice was a couple of months after we used it so I thought that I had finished paying. Even though I paid it
they would not activate the toll thing and asked me to send it back which I have done. The latest email told me that they would not renew or let me have an account.
Going to try Emovis next month ready for the trip down to Spain in January, unfortunately you need to have two, one for France and one for Spain.

I've had problems, fulli can't seem to take payment from my revolut account despite all information present and correct.
October payment due next week and I'm expecting that to be a fail too.
I found I couldn't pay through the app as it seems to be locked up if there's an outstanding invoice but I was able to pay through the website.
I've emailed revolut to ask what the problem is but not had a reply yet.

I also find fulli invoices difficult to decipher not being a french speaker but that's another issue 🤬

I checked the T&C's for Frulli and it appears you just need to be under 3M high if a Motorhome/Campervan.

Unlike many of the others who say it is only for vehicles under 3500kg.

Emovis is also 3m or less in height I believe.

We bought a Fulli tag on our way down it would not work at all proper pain! Then crossed into Spain 2 payments invoiced payed them before our return back through france and then it worked on 70% of booths but we are 3.2 mtrs so had to explain etc
In general they are a crap company to deal with from our experience.
We do have friends who use them with a smaller van and they have no problems 🙂

Yes but they also say you musn't be over 3500Kg. Actually according to this on Emovis web site its only France with the weight limit.

I am over 3500Kg and wouldn't want to take the risk, imagine getting stuck at the barrier with a French Lorry driver getting agitated behind you.

I had a similar issue this year. Fulli emailed to say that my bank had refused payment, despite the initial test payment on sign-up working fine. The bank reported that Fulli had not actually requested any payment and that no payment had therefore been declined. Fulli basically said “stuff you, if it happens again we’ll cancel your account”. It seems a strange way to conduct a business.

We’ll change to emovis or ATMB before we go again, or just pay with a debit card in the péage.

We have an old APRR badge (that became Mango, and now Fulli) which could be billed automatically to a credit card - was very reliable, customer service was great on the very odd occasion I had to contact them.

We've now got one of their new badges that can also be used in Spain and Italy, and its worked perfectly for us so far (we're under 3m). Sadly it can't be paid billed to a credit card, but billing has been faultless via our Wise account. I even made a mistake and didn't have enough in the account when the bill was due...but instead of rejecting the payment Wise sent me a notification telling me I had a day or so to top it up so the bill could be paid.

It really does seem to be hit and miss with Fulli even for those with <3m high vans, I wonder what the issues are?

Our Fulli (then Mango) tag account was set up using Mrs Orion’s Kia Soul registration details as we hadn’t at the time taken delivery of the MoHo. Switched it over using the online app and checked that the €1 test payment had gone through on my Revolut account - all good.

Since then have used it without a problem in France, Italy and Spain, with the account being invoiced and subsequent payment taken correctly - albeit with some delay for the Italian autostrada trips.

We are a few mm shy of 3m to the top of the aircon unit, and although physically identical to the normally supplied models at 3500kg, have now up plated to 4250kg. We are charged at the Class 2 rate.

I can see that my first invoice has now been created on the app as of last week ( thursday 9th Nov) for journeys made in Italy in September. It is linked to my Revolut card. The €1 payment was successfully made way back in Nov22 when I set it all up. Can I ask those who’ve paid successfully how long it tends to be before the payment actually comes out of the Revolut account after the Invoice has been created. I don’t know how long to leave it before I go online and try to pay by some other means.

I’m beginning to wish we’d never got it but we only changed from ATMB because of Italy!

Fulli invoice/statement generated on 31/08/2023 and payment taken from my Revolut Euro account on 15/09/2023.

they are a nightmare similar story to me have you got an email address for Fulli that i could have please

Have had no problems with my fulli tag. We are 3500 and under 3m though. The only small problem is that they take a long time to invoice.

They try to take payment about two weeks after the invoice is created. If they can't collect the money you'll get another email. You then have to pay through the website using your customer number. Don't delay paying or they add late payment charges of about 10 euro.
I too am beginning to regret dumping atmb 🤬
It was the ability to use in Italy Spain and Portugal that swung it for me.
Does anyone know, is atmb still limited to France ?

As a follow up to my earlier post. My payment has been taken from my Revolut card today 15th November, great relief as we used it again in Italy last week. Looks like I shouldn’t get those journeys invoiced until December at the earliest and then payment about a week later.

We may be going to Portugal in February for the first time and their tolls sound very strange, almost as if they want to catch you out so it will be good to have the tag.

It does sound as though Fulli is a bit hit and miss. Apologies as I know it was me who spotted the deal last October.

Not had any problems in France or Spain with them. If they can't take a payment they just send an email then I'll pay with a different account.

There seemed to have been a run of posts recently about problems paying the invoices for no obvious reason even from Revolut and Starling after the original €1 had successfully been taken. Even people having huge €200 fees added for the privelege of using the account, all very odd.

We’d had ATMB and Emovis for years but had changed to Fulli mainly because it included Italy where the toll booths are such a pain. It was also cheap like ATMB!

Glad you’ve had no problems. I’m feeling relieved and less guilty :giggle:

yes i am registered used it in France & Italy has blocked me from

Our Tag is tied to our Credit Card, not a bank account, and has operated well for over ten years.

On the one occasion that I missed that the old card had expired they simply e-mailed me asking me to update the card details. No drama, no additional charges.
