In Spain at the moment will cross to Portugal next few days. At Ayamonte towards Vila real de sta Antonio.
Best price I have had was €152.00
But most of the big boys want €177..00

Yes we paid €1.523 yesterday at Ebro Delta, have seen a few in mid 1.50's but yes normally 20c more. Still substantially cheaper than France.

We are in Vitoria Gasteiz

I believe that there is a cheap one in Ayamonte but don't know we're it is.
In Gibraltar at the moment van parked outside.
So have 3/4 of a tank so I think that it will get me up to the border.

Ignore the above.
Is it worth the hassle from border control?

Park at the paid Aire in La Linea outside Gibralter/ you can walk in from there and decide what you want to do. You cannot park in Gibralter.
If you decide to do this, follow signs for Gibralter and keep in the lane called Port
No hassle at the border, show passport and walk in. They generally do not accept Euro in Gib, as we found out.

Depends how many litres you want, its normally substantially cheaper. Theres a big garage just across the runway easy enough access. There are lots of mh restrictions on their roads but believe you can still drive around the outside and park at Europa point. Might be worth walking across first.

Edit to say S4S has Europa point as day parking still.

Another thing to remember in spain is that the price will also vary region to region as each has there own individual 'tax' take on fuel prices.

We've had to pay 1.68.9€ per litre today, in the middle of the Maestrazgo area of Valencia. That's the most, by a good few cents, that we've paid on our almost five month trip.

Gib prices today. We walked in, but its Saturday so busy, had to join a queue to get in thru passport control ,police were allowing eu citizens thru a faster queue, " the polispanish policeman said it was " Brexit" with a smile so british now queue. . I almost told him that Gib was still British though ,but decided it was better not to.

Never knew there was a Morrisons there. Mind you, I’ve never been over

Just arrived back from a coach trip though Belgium, Germany to the Italian Alps.
Fuel prices were consistently around 2 Euros per litre at every station I saw. Suddenly UK fuel prices seem like a bargain.

Spaniards will queue up to fill up in Gib, especially on a Sunday.
