Front Electric Roller Blind (2 Viewers)

We have just picked up our new 21 Arto 88LF and the electric front blind is only working intermittently - are we doing something wrong?

I have to hold the button down until it completes its either upward or downward movement as it also double as a sun blind so has to be able to be lowered only as far a you want it.
