Froli type bed supports question

Will they support a memory foam mattress? Or will it sink over the froli things. ?
Want to change our mattress in our Hymer, don't think it's proper Froli but Hymers own make.

The Hymer mattress is foam so I don't think it will be a problem.

Put a Froli system in my van. Memory foam mattress on bed slats originally.No problem with the mattress on the springs,very comfy.

Put Froli system in as our mattresses were originally directly on a solid surface so no air was able to circulate underneath causing mould underneath. By using Froli we now have air circulation and the matresses sit on top and are very comfortable!
