Help Joe (n)

Light commercial(y) if you have Euro 6 on the document you send they’ll sort it.(y)(y)(y)

You only need to send the details page. I use a free image utility called Irfanview to change image size etc. - so don't scan as a PDF, use JPG format instead

Have just applied for mine. Just enter the details and it will work it out for you. Our 2010 diesel 3850kg was configured by them as a group 3.
Once you pay your money, you get an email setting out the timescale and within 24 hours you get an 'invoice' which acts as a proof of application and should be printed off and used as such if you havn't received the actual sticker before you leave home.(it quotes 10 days)

I used our Cumberland Visa debit card to pay as I thought the payment( in €) might attract a foreign transaction fee.

The odd thing at the moment is that they give you a tracking no and a link to track it on but I try every day but it keeps telling me that it doesn't recognize the number?

Regarding size of attachment , I simply took a photo of page 2 of the V5 and reduced the size of it with a simple re-sizing app on the phone.

Copy of 'invoice' email .......

Dear,

We kindly request you to find as attachment your invoice relative to the Air Quality Certificate order concerning the registered vehicle XXXXXXXXX

Your certificate will soon be sent by mail at the address indicated during your order.
In the wait , this invoice allows you to prove your approach and the classification of your vehicle.

Yours sincerely,

The Air Quality Certificate Service

Ours was stuck to the screen but we have had a new screen fitted so don’t have one anymore. They are impossible to remove

I've got one but stuck it on the top left of the windscreen (ie nearside) and it's supposed to be on the right apparently. Can't get it off and going through France next week so will just have to take our chances. As most French people don't bother anyway I reckon we'll be okay - famous last words?

Bloody French:rolleyes:

Do you need these clean air certs for any other country. I have the French one which we got for our French trip back n August.
Thanks
