We've always enjoyed using these (emailed to those on their mailing list) as it's a welcome chance to sit down for a break too.

Never been approached by any sales staff & no obligation when we've used the morning coffee vouchers - just pop to their hospitality unit & exchange for a good coffee & have a sit down at one of the tables there .
Might be different with the afternoon beer & wine ones though as sales staff may swoop as it might be quiet then on the stands?!
