A new campsite has materialised opposite the road leading to our house.
200 caravans arrived on Sunday for a religious gathering.
Other satellite sites have sprung up locally.
We are currently away so have sorted someone to stay in our house and secure.
So if you are an FLT looking for a free pitch in Hampshire get along there quick and also enjoy the free entertainment.

Tell us about it, they pulled the same trick last year in the village next to us, conning the local farmer with a similar spiel about a "low key" religious event and had the same marquee and it ended up looking like the overspill camping at Glastonbury.
Kids were running rampage in the local Co op, I think they eventually had to shut up shop.

Best one was the group who tried getting into a site in Portsmouth and were blocking the road, said to the copper if you can open the gate we will be able to turn around to get back out.
He opened the gate they all drove in and set up camp

The same happened at Cheddar Gorge a couple of years ago. Cause havoc in the town. Some shops even closed whilst this ‘ religious camping’ took place.
