Hi all
I'd be grateful if anyone could let me know the location of the filter for the air-conditioning (as in dash, not hab).

2014 LWB Mercedes Sprinter in Frankia platin 7900.

There is a fumey smell at rest

I can’t help specifically but I can’t see it being far away from where it would normally sit in just a van.

Can you find an online manual for the sprinter to gat an idea of where it might be??

Best I can do I’m afraid

the cab air filter is the one for the heating as well ,on most models.

There won’t be a separate filter for the AC it will just take its air through the heater cabin filter.

You can by AC system cleaners/anti bacterial sprays to remove smells, and kill off the nasties.

It’s strange the way different people read things differently.

I just read the op as wanting to know where the cab filter was.

You and Gus read it as the op asking about separate ones.

Just an observation 👍😊

Any good??

I saw that video. And no. There isn't a filter in that position.

I shall look under the glove box when I get home.

Don't think it's rodents. I have powerful sense of smell and can't smell mices

I just assumed that he thought separate items as not talking about smell problems with heating, only AC.

As you say we understand differently.
