France/Spain 2021 some pictures and information.

The meal! No starter, just main course, 2 beers, 1 water.
The chips look like they have been cooked in a tumble dryer. However the meat is superb.
How much, all in ???

And our journey continues as we edge along the coast towards the French border. Today we have arrived at Ribado Isla de Pancha. There is two small parking bays and when we arrived both were full, 3 motorhomes and the rest were cars.
We stopped at the end of the first parking bay while I figured out where to go next as no other parking opportunities here and while searching SFS one of the motorhomes pulled out and I was in. By the time I had the blocks out and levelled the motorhome two more motorhomes turned up and the fun began. Its an absolute stunning location with picknick tables, BBQ ovens and views to die for! Some nice coastal walks to and there is a little train here too that does a tourist thing.

Oops looks like someone's transgressed the rules again

Sorry to throw this at you when you seem to be having a good time. I wonder if you need a 'proof of vaccination status' with a barcode. We are meeting a friend in Spain in a few weeks, he lives in Jersey which doesn't come under the NHS. The authorities have provided him with written proof of vaccination but with no barcode. From what i've heard a lot of places such as bars, restaurants etc seem to want to scan document barcodes. Do you think one without would be ok??

I live in Spain as as of yet never been asked for a bar code or proof of vaccination. Spent 5 days in Valencia 3 weeks ago and used bar/cafes/stores etc etc not even the camp site asked for proof.............

Not heard of anyone getting it scanned just showing/flashing it seems enough.

Now that I have been re-instated, I thought I would finish this thread. I'll also keep it short and informative with no pictures.
We crossed the border between Spain & France at Irun and once again drove straight through with no checks being undertaken and after one or two stops ended up on thee Aire at Nonancourt as this was only a 45 minute drive to the Pharmacy in Lery. We arrived at the Pharmacy on the Saturday morning which was a big mistake as there was a large que outside the Pharmacy and we had to wait for 2 hours before getting into the Pharmacy. (If we had turned up on a week day we would have just walked straight in for testing). The testing was straight forward and cost €25.00 each. They did however get both our surnames wrong on the documentation even though they copied out passport details and this took another 30 minutes to correct with new documentation being provided and new digital copies being txt to our phones. (Check your paperwork folks!).
We then drove up to Dunkerque and stayed overnight in the ticket office car park and got into the que for boarding the ferry the following morning.
Once again vehicle's were being turned away and prevented from proceeding to the ferry because of non-compliance with entry requirements. When we got to thee window there was British staff operating the first barrier and they went through all of our paperwork in minute detail. Passports, Antigen Test, Vaccine record and declaration form with 2 day PCR booking confirmation. All was correct and we were waved through to the next series of checks and a number of searches by different authorities both outside and inside of our M'home. All routine and harmless.
So! all in all, we had a great trip! Loved Galicia, especially in the Baiona and Finisterra areas. We were made most welcome by all we met, French & Spanish and never saw another British motorhome on our way out or back, although did manage to meet up with Busman Dave, Maggie, Dennis and Jenny at camping Finisterra.
Now planning to overwinter in Beni
