Fougasse d’Aîgues Mortes (Sweet bread)

We were in the Boulangerie the other day and I bought some Fougasse d’Aîgues Mortes...... it is a sweet almost brioche style but in a Fougasse way type of bread flavoured with Orange Blossom water......... very nice too..........

However, I figured I could do that!

So here we are, my take on Fourgasse d’Aîgues Mortes........ Campervan style!

Having just chomped our way through home made Sodabread for brekkie we are too full to try the Fougasse yet but I will report back later don’t worry!

I’ve probably missed a lot but have seen some of your postings and amazing bread. So a couple of basic questions. What do you cook your bread in & do you use a recipe book or ‘make it up as you go along’ I would love to have a go at some of these.
