I have a Ford transit base and notice the passenger seat isn’t always locking into position and can swivel whilst we drive on occasion. I can only find the whole swivel base on eBay etc. Does anyone know can you purchase the levers separate or is it a case of replace the whole base?
Thank you

I had a similar problem with our Pilote fitted with Agouti seats. It was the driver's seat and it jammed facing backwards! After a lot of fiddling I released it but it would not locate properly so I had to sit very still for the trip home. The problem was the hinge bolt coming undone but I could not get my hand in there to fix it so it went into the local agent for repair.

Ours takes a little tactic of ensuring it locks in

Whilst sitting on it and moving it round towards the locking position an extra surge of energy from the hips is required to hear that locking mechanism engage

It just doesn’t engage and flips up and down. We’ve given up and just got a new one save my daughter spinning. Thank all
