I'm afraid the various manuals are vague about this.

We are due on a ferry next week so need to lock the vehicle (2023 Adamo) without setting the motion sensor (if there is one).

The 'normal' way of doing this is to lock using the door key in the drivers door and nothing else.

If I press the remote button once the doors lock, but do they arm the alarm?

If I press the remote twice does that do anything different?

Smarter Ford Transit owners will know these. :giggle:

Thanks

We have a transit based Adamo but I don't think I can answer your question. We have a Phantom alarm and tracker fitted and I do know that if you lock the door using the key in the lock the alarm is not set.
In fact I'm not entirely sure if there is a Ford alarm present.

Don’t know about alarm, but on my mk7 one click locks doors two clicks deadlocks the front (cannot open from inside), unlocking one click unlocks drivers door two clicks unlock passenger door as well.
