For those attending the Hogroast Meet

Hi everyone

Please could you send me a PM giving an approximate time of arrival.


As it is so cold, can you let me know your preferences for Friday evening

Would you like a bbq in the sheltered area?
would prefer to eat in your own motorhomes or
would you like to join other funsters for a group meal in the restaurant.
(Their restaurant is reasonably priced and their portions are large)

There will be a meet and greet "welcome drink" in the sheltered area with mulled wine or soft hot drinks and a few appetizers so re visit this posting again, as once you have all replied I will be able to better update you.

You can check the tide times here so that you dont get caught out crossing the causeway.

Just like to wish you all a funtastic time. Hope your not gonna wearing you shorts and boob tube in this weather Gail ( thinking of summer long gone). If it snows it will be like a winter wonderland. Thankfully you'll all be near the wash up area to bar b q and to keep you all dry. I recommend the restaurant on site, the food is good, plentiful and reasonable. Enjoy :thumb:

Those who have replied all wish to eat in the restaurant so I will book a table for us all

On Friday evening we will have meet at greet at 6.45pm in the sink area.

We will set up the barbeque so that everyone at least has somewhere to warm their hands.

Reservations will be made for dinner in the restaurant for as near 7pm as possible in the restaurant.

On Saturday evening there will be mulled wine and appetisers at 7pm in the sink area. Dont forget your fancy dress xxxxx Food at the Saturday evening event usually starts being served between 8.30pm and 9pm

If there is snow, we hope to have toboggan races and snowmodelling competitions.
