Quick question, as the title says i have two fogstar drift 230 batteries and when off grid how low can I let them get safely?
Thanks in advance.

The lower you let them go, the less cycles you'll get. I try to keep mine above 20% if I can

Thanks Jim I've never got that low but it's nice to know.

As Jim says best to stick to 20%, but 10% won't shorten their life by much.
It will only shorten their lifespan if on every single use you took them down to 10% or less, occasionally it's not going to make any odds.

I start to worry if mine are heading for 50% but that is because I know it will take a long time to recharge them not because I'm worried about them.
