i had my other 460ah delivered yesterday with no problem. But i had emailed them and got conformation maybe phone them

Did you ordered a stock item or a pre order item? Usually, within 48hrs from order confirmation, you get a email to arrange a delivery date. Fogstar changed their delivery carrier, I had mine delivered yesterday, ordered Thursday before black Friday, 8 days in total. Also, did you left a phone number with your order? Its handy for the courier to locate you if its in the sticks or a small lane.

lets also not forget that Fogstar and most other Lithium battery suppliers, dont actually deliver the batteries themselves. they are dependent on the delivery service they use. im sure weve all had parcels/packages/letters not being delivered on time or the day they are expected, but do we then blame the company we bought the goods from? they may have dispatched them on time or even booked collection on time, but the collection or delivery process has let them down.
a problem with lithium battery delivery is that they have be treated as hazardous goods and therefore carried by the delivery company as such, yet cars,vehicles etc that sometimes have much bigger lithium batteries in them are not subject to the same legislation. that compliance can lead to delays if drivers are not trained etc.
