Installed my new battery. Checked hookup charging, yep that works (this is using existing charger).

Next checked solar charging Lithium profile set 14.4, made sure battery connected to controller before solar fuse inserted. Not charging.
Turn off charging on battery app Votronic charger now working but of course not sending charge to battery, USB voltmeters showing 14.4. Turn on charging on the app now the solar controller stops working only showing mpp light.

What have I done or not done and how can i fix this.
All suggestion gratefully recieved.

How can you charge a full battery? Put a load on it, then see if any charging takes place. Which charging enabled of course.

It's a common problem with the Votronic with Lithium, you will probably find it will not be charging first thing in the morning but if you remove then replace the fuse in the Votronic it will start working. They sometimes work if you use a different Lithium profile so if there is another one suitable you could try that.
Also 14.4v is a bit too high you would be better with 14.1v.

You can fully charge lfp even at 13.8v. I echo Lenny’s advise 14.1v or 14.2v max. There is no reason to bring the cells above 3.5-3.55v. Specially in warm weather. You will only gain 1-2ah and accelerated degradation.
