The fob I use regularly is fine. The other fob seemed to have no battery. Changed the battery and the blue light now flashes on when I press buttons - it didn't before. But the lock still doesn't release. Is there some kind of reset process required after changing battery?

Sometimes if the second fob has not been used for some time then it has to be pressed a number of times before it works. I don't actually know anything about it but this could be something to do with rolling security codes (if they really are a thing) needing to catch up.

Slightly odd. I'll just keep trying it then?
