In my 2015 Burstner Ixeo Time 726 motorhome, the floor has come apart in the area between the kitchen and the bathroom. When walking, there's a sensat

Well known problem, speak with your Dealer. Vans are being fixed under Warranty, even 2015 models, but there maybe conditions attached

My 2015 IXEO is in for its floor problem to be repaired at the moment - same area in the kitchen outside the bathroom. Burstner will repair the floor through a UK dealer but insist on a contribution of £1700 towards the cost unless the van is still under warranty (2 years). So a 2015 van is obviously not under warranty. Best to get in touch with Burstner in Germany to get the repair approved so you can book it into the designated dealer.
FYI the queue is long - my floor went back in March 2022 and its only being repaired now - 18 months later.
