As above, trying to keep fridge cool while travelling to Santander. Is this a problem. Red Light on only when driving and using fridge on leisure battery, I think😳

Doubt fridge is on Leisure batt, more likely its fed off the engine batt when engine running.often the 12v source is hardly adequate, it probably will hold/ slow the rise of fridge temp but won't lower it.

When you get to santander presume you can then run it off gas
Don't know what the red light means?

If this light is normally blue, you may need Dometic advice. We had this problem which later, went away thank goodness.

A red battery light when driving is usually due to the alternator not charging properly
Could be a slipping drive belt, It'd be worth getting it checked when you can

Edit : I read it as red light on dash, if red light on fridge ignore what I said, I've no idea about that.

Is it a red light on Dash display or Fridge? As if it’s on the dash it sounds like an alternator problem?🤔

So if its an internal panel that's showing red light then there should be some info from the builder as to what it means.
Likely its indication of low volts getting to the fridge when engine is running but as I said these engine/alternator supplies seem to just slow down the rate of temperature rise.
What happens on hookup or on gas when you park up?
