Flash 02 split charging?

Hello,

We've recently purchased a Chausson Flash 02 which we are loving

Our problem with it currently is that it doesn't appear to charge the vehicle battery when on hookup, this has led to a flat battery so far which wasn't pleasant.

There is mixed information online as to whether it should split charge but I can't see anything fitted that would enable that to happen.

What would we need to fit to have the starter battery charged when we are hooked up to mains?

Simplest way is to just use a small battery charger for the cab battery when on 240v.

A vanbitz battery master would keep the starter battery topped up from the leisure battery and is easy to fit

We've been using a small trickle charger plugged into a 3 pin socket but ideally, we'd like something permanently wired so it automatically charges when on the 240v.

Our Chausson does charge the vehicle battery when on hookup but only when the hab battery is fully charged. There also the option of your battery being on its last legs!

We've got a flash 10 before that a flash 3. We haven't got a battery master or the votronic ours charges the vehicle battery once the hab is done
