Hymer
Bought my Hymer BMC-T 550 second hand and it was missing some of the fittings for the satellite box in the bedroom.
Does anyone know where I can buy these? Or what brand they are?

Good morning silverfish

My names Anthony and I am the technical assistance for Oyster UK.
I'm assuming that this is a factory fit system for the Hymer? If, as is seems, the TV has been removed you can replace it with any model you choose. The silver box in picture 2 is the feature box for the satellite system. The telephone lead plugged into the back of it should be going to a small 4 button control unit also mounted in the vehicle. Have these been removed also?

Thanks Speve for the tag.

Thank Anthony
I’ll see if I can find where that lead is going to.
I don’t need another TV tho, I don’t even use the one I have in the lounge 😄
Is the box a Hymer fit? It’s just those mounting bracket bolts I need to find - it has 1 - but it needs 4. I’m guessing you don’t supply those bolts?

If you can't source them ask someone to 3d print some.

Unfortunately we don't supply anything like that I'm afraid. You could go directly to Hymer but be prepared to pay through the nose if you do.
The control unit for the Oyster should look like the attachment below...........

just need to find someone with a 3D printer (and I assume a 3D scanner as well) now
Hi Silverfish
I can make you those not a problem.
We are however away in Spain for the winter. We get back on the 12th May. If you’re ok to wait I can message you again as soon as we get back.

Cheers PaulandChrissy

I’ve not managed to find this 4 button controller anywhere Anthony 😩
You may not have a controller with the featurebox download the ten haaft app and connect to the box wireless to control the sat dish.

silverfish there is a possibility you might not have one. There is a version of Oyster called a Premium which is controlled via an Avtex TV. If you have this variant then it should have originally had at least one Avtex TV that also says Oyster on it as well. As Ditcha said there is app control for these systems so you would need to download an app called "ten-haaft" and then the easiest thing to do would be to ring me on 01858575928 when you are with the system and we can set it up to see what's going on.
