Fixing for shower panel what are they called ?

Hi i need to take out a shower panel in my burstner and they have them one way sealed fixings, which you have to destroy to get them off apparently. Does anyone know what they are called and where i can get them from sorry to be vague but i know nothing about them.

A picture of the fixing would be way more helpful in trying to help identify them.

Our friends had to remove the panel to renew the tap on a burner where the wall moved making the shower cubicle, when he finally got it off it was held on with velcro. Bob.
