We have a Rapido 8096df. The fixed bed is in the up position. Normally, you turn the handle under the bed at the front and pull it forward. Right now, it is stuck and won't move. The handle turns but the bed won't move. Anyone else encountered this?

Fixed it. We took everything off, including the king-size quilt and bedding, the mattress and mattress topper, which was an interesting exercise with two adults and limited space. Then it started working. We put everything back on and its fine. Something got stuck somewhere, but no idea what.

Now that you have fixed it I can say I had a laugh at title - 'Fixed bed stuck'. I would be worried if our fixed bed moved.!
