Hi all I am fitting a new PCB board it's for a Thetford 3150 fridge and had to buy a new led panel too as Thetford have changed to a new PCB as many of you know but my question is the piece with the 3 wires (earth neutral and live ) has pinkish ends how do you get them onto the original piece they seem to be the same diameter.

You don't, they look a butt joint can't really see. If a butt joint cut the other connector off and crimp the joints.
Otherwise just cut both off and fit a new connector a " mate 'n Lock" connector would do the job.

Example.

When you say “you had to by a new LED panel” are you referring to the LED panel on the actual fridge freezer.
