how to replace a 3 way fridge with a small 240v fridge

Should be easy to remove once gas and electrics are isolated. Gas should be capped properly.
Replacement wired in and there you are.
You will miss the cooling 12v during transit of course.

Unless you (helenastott ) also fit a suitably sized inverter which would be advisable, particularly if you won’t spend everynight that you’re away using sites.

Unless you are on a site with EHU a 240v fridge is not a good idea ..

You would be better fitting a 12v compressor fridge .. very economical to run, and easy to install

I have one and find it great . . however, for extended stays off-grid and static for a several days, you ideally need solar panel and a decent sized battery bank..
