Alerts go to right post but clicking on thread goes to first post both on iPad and computer it is only on daily smile

For me shows first unread, unless I have deleted history and cookies, then it goes to first read, presumably as it doesn't know where I had got to.

I am using iPad mainly.

if there are unread posts in a thread you'll see a little blue dot to the left of the thread. click on that

When in new or recent posts view, the Forum reminds you what you have read and gives you shortcuts to content you haven't.

1. Click on the title to go to the 1st post in the thread or hover to get a glimpse of what's inside. If you have visited before, clicking this title will take you to the first unread post. If there are no unread posts (you've read them all) then clicking will take you to the first post.
2. if there are posts in the thread you have not seen there will be a blue dot. Click it to be taken to the first of the unread posts
3. No dot. You've read all the posts in that thread
4. The date will take you to the first post
5. The date time stamp when clicked will take you to the last post

For the above functions to work we need to store info in your browser (cookies). if you are having problems clear cookies this will help.
