Hi Folks,
Does anyone have advice on an aire within 2hr drive of the tunnel (heading down west of Paris) with a decent dog friendly restaurant/bistro nearby?
TIA
Kev

Not for the first stop but maybe the second?

Our first ever trip into Europe earlier this year (via Newhaven/Dieppe) our first stop was the free aire at Fresnay-Sur-Sarthe. We loved the village so much that we made it our last stop on the way back 9 weeks later!

As above - plenty of dog friendly bars and restaurants - we always head for L'Hovercraft Restaurant which is about a 20 minute walk from the aire. Then we call at a bar on Bleriot Plage for a nightcap on the way back.

Glad they are proving useful. Started on the soundtrack for the first part of this year's trip yesterday. It's surprising how long it all takes and I'm barely halfway through the trip.

Seems that most restaurants are happy for you to take a dog in with you as long as it's well behaved.

I look forward to it. Our first ever week in France was based on your last trip to give us our initial confidence, along with a couple of places in Spain, so likely your next video will also inspire us 👍
