First service on my van

My van has just had it's first service to keep warranty it was done by Fiat.
I was charged £500 and was given paperwork with boxes ticked. No mention of filters etc being changed is this correct.

It just seems like a tick box exercise to me they never even stamped the book.
Im beginnings to think that our dealer didn't even take our van to Fiat.

Unfortunately you are probably right…

Pay extra for the warranty and then get stung for services to keep the warranty happy then try claiming….

If, and I say if I had the money to buy a new van I would not take it near a dealer for anything, find a good recommended local garage and stick with them, it’ll probably work out cheaper in the long run and you’d know that the jobs been done…

Plus get to know your van and learn how to do stuff, you’ll be surprised what you can learn and do on your own and how much it saves you and you know exactly what’s been done on it…
