First MOT

Looking for Clarity regarding when our motorhome requires its first MOT. ( 1 or 3 years)

It is a 3850KG Adria Matrix
Classed as a Private HGV on V5
It is not used to carry goods
An online MOT check states the MOT due date as "Unknown".

My feeling is it needs it in 3 years but interested in others peoples experiences?
