Wow! Will you be able to access the rear from the cab?

thats the plan. over cab pod for the son and all mod cons(within reason) to keep the misses happy.

Looks a good start point , just watch the weight , could save some getting rid of the demount gear ?

What a super project. Time was I built a couple of vans but as my teeth got longer energy ran low. Have fun, I truly envy you designing and sourcing the parts. Keep us posted on your progress please.

looking to re purpose the demount gear as self leveling if its a no go its off to the scrappy

I really don't want to rain on your parade but I note its a 180 which I assume is a 3.9 litre. This is not a popular engine, can I gently suggest that you put some weight in it and drive it around a bit before you invest all the time and money in it.

PLEASE keep the feet on the side. ;)

have loaded it with a quick house clearance and handles the hills fine. What have you heard about the engine?

If you're happy with it thas all that matters but IMHO Raucous, gutless and bad on fuel, the 5.9 is much better in every way. I used to own and rent earlier versions albeit afew years ago. The MAn is widely acknowledged as being the better bet for MH use.

sadly the feet will go eventually.

What's the internal dimensions of the body? Got any plans drawn up yet?

You've just given me the boot up the arse I need to get on with mine so thanks ?
