filling bottles

I have just purchased a motorhome which has 2 gaslow bottles fitted. Could anyone tell me please what the green button is for what i think is the regulator?
also i have just filled up the bottles but still shows red on the manual swichover.

Press the green button for 3 seconds after turning the bottle on. It is a safety cut out feature in the event of a crash should you still have the gas on in trabsit.
