Hi, I'm looking for advice on where to pick up 12v in a Ducato dash (2016) that doesn't shut off overnight, for charging stuff.

Yes, I could run a cable from the Aux battery... and I know if I leave chargers on for a fortnight I might have a flat battery...

Thanks, Harry

Locate the fuses, use a multi meter to find a live one with ign off, use a piggy back type fuse connector and the flat battery is your oyster.

Check your vehicle handbook for the fuse layout, specifically the dashboard fuse layout located at the drivers right knee (assuming RHD) and select a fuse marked +battery as this should give a permanent live supply.

The fuse marked below is the one I used for powering our dashcam and is keyed so no use for you.

As Clivefog says use a piggy back fuse connector to give you a live supply and connect the return \ neutral to the bolt marked in this.

Thanks, both, Especially for the pic and taking the time to annotate it. I didn't know about the earth bolt... but I'm new to Sevel/Fiat practice (y)

There is a permanent live behind the radio head unit, but if it will be drawing a reasonable current during charging, I would run a cable down the firewall and across to the battery in the floor

I picked mine up off the auxiliary battery, but it was quite near.

The chassis battery should be just as easy though to run a fused connection from.
