We have a Fiat Ducato MWB 2015 Rapido van conversion. We have a loud squeaking noise coming from the back doors. We have checked all the obvious causes and drawn a blank. Anyone had the same problem and found a solution??? Thanks in anticipation

The hinge pins are known to corrode to the hinge castings if not regularly lubricated. In extreme cases, they can cause the door to deform or crack. There are no grease points. If this is your problem and not too bad, you may be able to alleviate it by squirting ACF50 or a similar lubricant into the hinges. Otherwise, replacement hinges are available. I give mine a good dose of ACF50 at least twice a year.

Is there any obvious wear to the inside rubber of the left door or the lock itself. Also, check the two base plates which the doors rest upon when closed - are they excessively worn.
