Fiat Rapido 773f - gas not working

Hiya
We have just recently been given a motorhome - Fiat Rapido 773f by a family member. But some of the instructions were a bit lacking in detail, due to the person giving it away not using it for a while and also not using all of the equipment in it. I tried finding a proper manual for it, but the ones I've found are not as detailed to help us with this problem. And the problem is - the gas doesn't work. I've opened both bottles, tried turning the valve between them to both of them, opened the vent flap, turned on everything on the panel by the doors (just in case, although that's all electricals) - but the gas isn't coming through. Both bottles have gas in them (one is full). The family member who gifted it to us can't remember is there is anything else to turn on so it would be great if anyone can help. BTW, we're in Sheffield so if anyone knows of a place where we could drive it over and ask for some more information on it, that would be great!

The crash valve may need a reset, it should be in the gas locker and is reset by pressing down on a small green button. Failing that check the regulators are not blocked and lastly look inside the van there will be gas taps usually near the cooker that may be turned off.
