As per the title, if I can find a FIAT Professional agent locally at reasonable cost (but not North East Yruck and Van York where I've had, horrendous personal experience,) I'd use them to be sure not to have warranty issues in the remaining 2.25 years FIAT Camper Assist cover.
Otherwise, I'll be down the less secure route of FIAT parts fitted by independent garage with a detailed invoice, naming parts brand as FIAT.

Hello from a long time lurker. I have had good service from Pentagon in Cleckheaton, and my brother has also with his coacbuilt Swift (2017). We had both experienced indifference from other “Professional” service agents, which seemed geared to the large commercial users. I have seen all sizes and makes of Fiat based MH there in for service. ( I have no connection with them, except as a satisfied customer)

Thanks Andrew, I'll put Pentagon on my long list, as it's quite a hike from me.

Do you mean Stoneacre? I've used them recently but they are still part of a large group and until you find out how, it can be difficult to get a direct answer if you have an issue. I wanted a particular software upgrade (Euro 6d) and Northern Commercial at Brighouse were hopeless in giving any sort of quote. Stoneacre did it eventually at £99 which was OK but having a proper conversation with anyone wasn't easy.

After a Fiat garage put completely the wrong oil filter on I do all my own servicing. I'm now at the stage of needing a cambelt change. I won't use Stoneacre but think I have now found an independent but will still use Fiat parts but at a sensible price! It's all about trust and the problem with big Fiat Professional garages is that it's impossible to get any sort of personal relationship.

We use York Van Centre. Have serviced our van for 6 years now. Also do the MOT. Have found them excellent.
Edit: re-reading your post, maybe that YVC is not for you if you only want a Fiat garage.

Don’t use Fiat professional in york as they’ve never been able to turn of my engine management light for more than 100 miles and last time left the fuel filter loose so I managed to dump diesel down the M1. Then charged me £400 for a new assembly!

Anyone used S G Petch at York or Northern Commercials at Brighouse? These are authorised FIAT Professional workshops.

Northern Commercials at Brighouse was the one I referred to above. They are local for me but I would avoid - very impersonal for us motorhome owners. There is very little choice whilst you are in warranty and all Fiat Professional have you over a barrel. Not Northern Commercials but I got my money back when another "Fiat" dealer in Yorkshire fitted the wrong filter.

It's a lottery as to how your experience goes, more particularly when you are out of warranty. With complex problems often you have no choice when FP are the only ones with exclusive software. There have been some horrendous tales on MHF where FP locally just have no clue what they are doing and only the intervention of central technical support sees common sense prevail.

I have only dealt with the parts department at Northern Commercials and they were very
good.
There is always a motorhome in there when I have called for parts.
