Fiat Ducato sliding door

Has anyone got the same door rollers as me..? Been fiddling with the door again as it’s not good enough for me, I just need something to reference to mine… if you have could you take pictures and post or pm me… thanks.. it’s the adjustment bolts I need to get similar to someone’s door that’s good then I can tell if I need to bend brackets more…

2011 but one with these headlights should be the same… there another van next to me but has the newer lights so it’s next model up and hinges/ rollers are different..

Well I’ve got it better, I’m definitely going to need new middle and top brackets as I think there bent…

I've got the same rollers on my 2014 FIAT, I bought a new middle roller hinge off e-bay for less than £20. That cured my problem. What are you actually trying to achieve?

Just be careful with the ebay ones, I bought a full cheap set and they were absolutely crap quality.
Bought another set of the upgraded ones as fitted to newer vans, they are much better than the original ones I had on my van (2008)

I had a mishap while in Spain and popped out the top hinge and it bent the top and I think the middle hinge, just trying to get it to sit better and close better without giving it the extra big wooshbang….

Mine had a sagging middle roller hinge, so a new one fitted and adjusted so the door was inline with the rear panel and decal markings. It must have been something to bend the brackets. Can you adjust the rise and fall with the adjuster bolts (allen key in the middle)?

We used to regularly have them fall off at work. Can’t recall it happening for a while so Fiat must have sorted it.

Was a pain in the arse having to put the door inside and get the crew back to change vehicles.

Yeah I’ve been doing that today and I’ve got it better, but when I’m back I’ll get a new triple set and replace them all as I can see the bearings aren’t as good as new and worn… there’s just so many variables in the adjustments with the Allen key bolts and the bolts themselves swivel in the housing.. I can see the brackets aren’t right and bent slightly so I’m on a losing battle to get it all adjusted correctly….
