Is there a kit or does anyone know if you can exchange the 2014 headlamps on a Fiat Ducato to the new style with the Day running LED etc like the newer models?

Just for a moment I thought it said £129.60

I fitted a pair of DRLs to my Boxer fot £7.50 eight years ago and they did not obstruct the windscreen cleaning foot wells, as those appear to do.

As Paul Two on Tour says they were never made for the X250, the X290 is a totally different headlamp unit even if they could be fitted and they can't you wouldn't like the price £450 each.
Ledcom do some good kits.

and on the x290 chassis, one cannot simply change headlights without LED DRL to headlights with LED DRL, as the van ECU is different - even though they physically fit in the same aperture

We fitted something like these, not same ones but very close. Two switches or wire via switched live from ignition.
Halo is very bright lol and they fit nice and snug in the step in bumper, the round part.

Try Bolt on Bits in Birkenhead Bradford.
I think mine were £35-£40. LED ones same shape as the post above.
Just wire to sidelight circuit.
I can’t see them on their site, but that’s where I got a pair.

Legally DLR's have to switch off when the headlamps are switched on, so just wiring them into your sidelight should be an MOT failure if they are still on with your headlamps on as well as not being legal.

ouch!!
well expensive
Had to replace a headlamp last year, and they included the integral daytime running lights - £480 (per unit.) So, is it worth it?
Replacement part was from Coastal Motorhomes who were very good a finding the part.

A good argument for fitting headlight protectors - around £70 for a pair. One of my protectors has a crack presumably caused by a stone but that might otherwise have cost me £480 so well worth getting.

I'm being pedantic this morning, when the headlights on on they must turn off or dim.

My DLR's now dim since fitting LED bulbs they used
to turn off, still passes Mot's.

These do. You can have them to dim or off when headlights are on.
