Fiat Ducato DAB Radio 250 VP1 Bluetooth Part No 07357124040

Hi,
I have a 2013 Fiat Ducato Motorhome (Escape by Swift 624) which as a Relay Boxer Ducato Radio Head Media Unit Part No 7355333750.
I want to upgrade this to Fiat Ducato DAB Radio 250 VP1 Bluetooth Part No 07357124040 but the connections on the rear of each unit are different.
See attached photos of the connections for both the existing unit and the new unit.
Can you please advise which wring Adaptor / Harness that I need to complete this installation.

Something like this, there are various ones to choose from. Bass junkies on eBay have good selection too.

Thanks for the repose mate. Already looked at the sire you recommended but as you say, that have loads of harnesses and don't want to order something that is not suitable.

emailed Bassjunckies who said "Sorry we don't have a harness to go from the old factory unit to the new factory unit" so still getting nowhere!
