Hi all I am having issues with my 2013 Fiat Ducato globe car, the Cab heating will not blow hot air , luke warm at best is there a cab thermostat perhaps that may be faulkty , has anyone else had similar issues ?

Have a feel of the heating pipes in the engine bay that go through the bulkhead to the heater matrix.
There should be a flow and return.
Is it blowing cool when engine is thoroughly warmed ?

Could be the blend door?

Have you recently used radiator leak sealant? My car's heater ran only lukewarm after I'd put in some leak sealant. The stuff had congealed and partially blocked the heater matrix.

At this time of year diesels take a few miles to get up to temperature.
Take the van for a run until the temperature gauge sits in the normal position. The heater flow and return hoses pass through the bulkhead into the heater core/ matrix, and both hoses should be hot to the touch, if that’s the case and you aren’t getting much heat into the van it’s possible that the flap that diverts the airflow over the heater core is stuck.
Using radiator leak sealer can often partially block the water flow through the heater core.
If the heater hoses are only fairly warm it’s possible the thermostat is stuck in the open position.
An infra red thermometer is useful for checking how hot the coolant is.

On the pipes there is a bleed nipple (slotted screwdriver type) try this. Bleed the air. Do it when not hot or be careful.
Back of engine at the top.
