Fiat Ducato 2018 won't start

Left the campervan for a couple of months. Engine battery went completely flat. I took it out and charged it fully using Noco Genius. After putting it back, the vehicle could not crank nor start. Anybody experienced similar?

Do you get any noises at all .Clicking from starter.
I have had battery go down put on charge although voltage shows more than 12v would not turn engine over
So simular . new battery all sorted

May need an ECU reset by a Fiat Professional dealer.

No noises nor lights
I checked the battery with a tester after charge, it said Good Battery

Can you jump start it?
If so, be very careful how you connect the jump leads on each vehicle, ie not battery to battery the way we used to.
If it jumps starts, almost certain your battery is knackered.

Have you checked the big fuses and their board that are connected to the battery positive terminal.
