Fiat Ducati 2018 uconnect 5” radio dab retune?

I’ve searched high and low for a detailed manual for the unit in my Swift Bessacarr 560L March 2018. The Fiat book supplied with the motorhome gives very basic details about using the product, but no actual information about retuning the unit to get new stations or, as I need to retune as I’m in a totally different area to where it was first tuned. Can anyone point me to a manual on the Internet, or indeed just tell me how to get into the retune functionality. I don’t really want to do a factory reset as I presume I’ll lose all othe customisations of the unit. It looks like this

Don't you go into browse then there is an option there?

Thanks, when I went to Browse I thought it just meant browse by Genre. I went into ALL and there was a refresh button. Many thanks for swift help. No pun meant!
