FIAT DUATO 1.9TD 1999, FUEL PUMP WONT START

Got a Fiat 1.9td year 1999 with a Bosh Fuel pump fitted.

Long story short I believe I have a problem with the small pcb on the side of the pump (3 wires) anyone can help me on how to bypass it.

Whats the problem exactly and what makes you think that you do not need whatever the pcb does for the fuel system?
