Fiat captain seats stiff

Has Anyone found a way of freeing off their stiff captain seats?
My 2020 Dethleffs passenger seat is quite stiff to turn around and needs two strong hands.
Been told there are x4 rubber pads which need adjusting and silicone spraying but not sure where they are!

I just turn it while I'm sitting in it. Much easier to get the required leverage. I'm not sure what the rubber pads would be. Mine is just a large circular collar that the chair spins on. But there are a few different mechanisms out there as it's not a Fiat factory part.

i have a 2017 sunlight that does the same obtain some silicon spray in an aerosol and spray the large ring underneath in the centre

One of my seats was very stiff, to the extent that I risking putting my rather fragile back out trying to turn it. Às I had both seats and turntables off anyway as part of a project to upgrade my electrics, I decided to investigate why one was worse than the other, despite liberal applications of silicone spray.

What I found was that there are pegs which slot into slots in welded on brackets on the turntable to limit the rotation. On the passenger seat these did not align very well which caused a lot of resistance to movement, which was worse when rotating than putting back to the forward position. I took an angle grinder to this and opened up the slot and also took a bit of height off the bracket. That seems to have solved the problem!
