Fiamma windout awning

Just wondering how much benefit you get with a windout awning.l had one on my last MH a few years ago,but to be honest,felt like we were sat in wrong place all the time,as it didn't seem to shade us when we were sat under it...the shade from it was some way away

Ours is out every time we park up, rain, hail or shine.
Obviously not on aires mind.
We also put an end panel on too, it takes a few mins and makes the area a bit more private somehow.
