Fiamma rack bracket caps.

I've removed the Fiamma bike rack from our motorhome as I prefer to carry my bike in the garage. This leaves the metal brackets on the rear of the motorhome that are then covered with these covers which are available to buy. However I already have the main plastic body as these come with the bike rack so I just need the circular caps. The problem I have is that I can't find these for sale on their own unless anyone on here knows different?

I suppose I could make my own cut from a piece of white plastic sheet but I thought I'd try the knowledge on here first
