Fiamma 45 tie down?

Fianma tie straps plus PEGGYPEGS they’re an amazing bit of kit, my awning goes nowhere with that set up??

We use a couple of heavy duty ratchet straps with s hooks around the top of the arms, which are in brackets on the mh side, not on the ground as this makes a rigid triangular structure rather than a wobbly parallogram.
A heavy duty Fiamma sun blocker on the front adds a lot of strength and reduces the frontal wind. Pegs used are over a foot long mod pattern bought from a military show, with a 4lb lump hammer will go even into rocky ground. I still wind it in if strong winds expected though, an awning is expensive to replace.
