Howdy all.
Does anybody know if there is a quiet spot to wildcamp in Felixstowe for one night ? Need a stopover en-route, and saw there used to be a place near old Felixstowe end of the town. Mind you that was 10 years ago!
Cheers all.

Lower Marine Parade, Harwich or at a push Morrisons car park but bit noisy

About six motorhomes here yesterday, but you might struggle to get a space as many cars are there as well.

Cliff top carpark the green is closed about 1700, you can exit at any time.
Your not allowed to stop overnight but one or two do.

We saw 1 here no signs saying you can't.

Garrison lane open 24 hours, sorry don't know if you can stay overnight.

Felixstowe is pretty laid-back so I doubt you will have a problem for 1 night.

Langer Road car park is designated for motorhomes. Not sure if you can park overnight, you would need to check. Do not park in the station/Homebase car park unless you want a large ticket.

You may get away with being right down at Felixstowe Ferry. I think it's privately owned by the Ferry Boat Inn who may let you overnight if you use the pub.

You can park overnight anywhere along the prom opposite the fludyers pub .. it gets busy during the day but most cars start leaving late afternoon if theres no space earlier in the day .. we walked past yesterday afternoon there was space , we nearly walked home got van and parked there ourselves .. you will get no hassle and a peaceful night ..
