Elldis autoquest 115
I have an Elldis Autoquest 115 (2008/31k miles). Offside parking/side light switches off after a couple of seconds and ohms reading on bulb socket is very low (compared to nearside). I've checked the wiring and the two chassis mounted earth points at the rear and all seem o.k. Is there possibly other earth points located somewhere else that I'm unaware of or has anyone experienced similar problems, and possibly has an answer? I'm worried in case it's a fault with the BCM so I want to make sure I cover all possible options first.
Thanks
Ray

Check all on that side and also the numberplate bulbs. One on the wifes Peugeot car was out and the bcm turned the lot off. When replaced it was fine.

There should be a junction box/multi-plug near the rear of the base van chassis for joining the base van lighting system with the Motorhome rear lighting , if so , it would be worth checking , there may also be 2 x earthing points from the same section of wiring to the chassis either side of the rear spring.

Thanks, I've checked the two earthing points at the rear, do you know if there are any earth points to the front ( other than the engine/gearbox one).

There appears to be one in the area of the drivers seat mounting or at the bottom of the driver side (rhd) B pillar , along with the other converters connections . The connections at the front light may be worth checking , have you tried a temporary earth ?

Thanks for all the sugestion, tried them all and still no further however another problem has appeared which I think might point to the fault. Battery was flat last week (7.1 volts) so I replaced it with a new one. Went to start this morning and new battery almost flat !!! Obviously something draining it, possibly related to my sidelight problem (I hope). Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
Ray
