Fault help please

Es17 h fault. Can anyone help please. No hot water just cold but have gas and electrici hook up. Thanks

It means hot water is selected but there is no water in the boiler. You need to turn it off and allow it to cool down before refilling the boiler.

Thanks. Have checked and there is no reset button. Have switched the gas and water Off and will try again later thank you

I've never seen an "s" on my panel, what does it stand for? E is for fault. H is for heating and the number in the middle is the specific fault..... Just intrigued.

You could try a reset on the boiler, button under the plastic cover I think it's red.
